Tyagarah Apiaries is a beekeeping and honey producing business specialising in the harvesting and supply of Active Jellybush Honey. All our Jellybush honey is tested at certified laboratories to guarantee that the active properties are present before packaging. We also gather non active honeys from around the region and supply these great tasting honeys to our local community in the Northern Rivers.

My banana plantation is one of the smallest in the shire. This allows me to apply more sustainable methods of production. However production is low and I am definitely a one market stallholder. My produce is grown exclusive for the Byron farmers market , it is grown just for you. I encourage you to seek and visit similar stall holders when filling your baskets. Process 457P - Certified Organic At our unique farm, we grow our sprouts and microgreens in organic soil (as distinct from sprouting in water, which is the more common way). We grow only the sprouts and microgreens that are most highly regarded for their nutritional and health-boosting value: Broccoli and Radish Sprouts, the unusual, crunchy and tasty Sunflower Sprouts, the rare Buckwheat Sprouts, Wheatgrass, and Barley Grass.
Our latest innovation is Live Sprouts. These microgreens are alive and keep growing in soil until consummation, thus maintaining 100% of their vitality, flavours and nutritional values. Our products are packed on our farm in high quality bags/punnets to maintain freshness and ease of use. We supply our produce freshly, twice a week, at grass-roots level directly to local health shops, supermarkets and good greengrocers, as well as to Farmers’ Markets and organic wholesalers. All of our products are certified organic by ACO (Australian Certified Organic) and licensed by the NSW Food Authority.
Energetic Greens are growers of organic sprouts and microgreens, specializing in soil-grown sprouts. Our methods of growing follow strict organic guidelines where only the purest and cleanest, seeds, soil and water, are used. In our Mooball Nursery we propagate fruit trees for wholesale and retail (on appointment only).We propagate from our mother trees in our orchards and use only the best plant material for our grafted trees. The trees in our orchards provide all the fruit which we sell fresh and frozen in our juices and smoothies. All the produce is sold at local Farmers markets only.
We supply fruit juices and exotic smoothies like dragon fruit and black sapote to our customers at the markets All our fruit is spray free and we create some extravagant mixtures with a combination of different fruits. We use different juice and milk basis, and also make soy variations. There are some seasonal fresh mix-ins like wheatgrass, mint and other surprises to delight your tastebuds.
Custom blends: if you like to add some extra fruit or vegies into your juice or smoothie, you are happy to bring it along and we can blend it in for you at no extra cost ( for example blueberries, nuts, herbs etc.).

We are a fruit salad farm, specialising in citrus and citrus products we have aprox 3,000 citrus and 800 new macca trees and 200 custard apple trees We have been selling our produce at Byron Farmers Market since 2003 and are increasing our variety of citrus and value added products.
We have been pesticide free for several years and have just received our organic certification. We take great pride in producing good tasting high quality fruit. Our now very popular RANCHO Lime Cordial has won 2 Gold Medals 2 Silver and 4 bronze at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and the Hobart Fine Food Exhibition. We have won a medal for our cordials each year we have shown them.
This year we will be expanding our flavours using our other citrus, to date our Lime Cordial has won 8 medals including 3 GOLD 2 SILVER AND 3 BRONZE . THIS YEAR WINNING RESERVE CHAMPIION 98/100 POINTS AT THE HOBART ROYAL FINE FOOD SHOW. MANDARIN ALSO WINNING GOLD 97/100. We are suppliers of certified organic citrus, including limes, lemons, oranges and mandarin. Also fresh squeezed mandarin and orange juice in the winter – Using only premium organic fruit in our juices and cordials.

We are a family-run farm in the Byron hinterland, growing fresh juicy passionfruit. We grow two varieties: 'Sweetheart' - a common traditional purple passionfruit and the unique 'Tweed Tango', which was bred only in the past few years by a group of Northern RIvers passionfruit growers.
